- 30ml Onken natural yogurt
- 30 Medjool dates
- 10g shelled pistachios
Step-by-step
- 1 Cut the date through the middle to remove the pip, without cutting all the way through.
- 2 Where the pip used to be, add 1 tsp of Onken natural yogurt.
- 3 Crush the pistachios in a pestle and mortar or in blitz coarsely in a food processor. Sprinkle on each date to serve.
