- 1 whole cucumber
- ½ tsp Dried mint
- ½ clove Garlic, finely grated
- 1 tsp Sherry vinegar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 200g Onken Greek Style yogurt
Step-by-step
- 1 Prepare the cucumber: Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeded center with a spoon. Grate the remaining flesh, then place it in a clean kitchen towel or paper towels and squeeze firmly to remove as much moisture as possible.
- 2 Combine ingredients: In a mixing bowl, add grated cucumber alongside all ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- 3 Tip: Excess moisture is the enemy of good tzatziki! Be sure to squeeze the cucumber thoroughly for the best texture
- 4 Serving Suggestions: Serve chilled with vegetable crudités, tortilla chips, or warm Greek flatbread.
