- 1 small banana, peeled
- 115g Fresh Mango pieces
- 150ml Orange and Mango Juice
- 150ml Onken Natural Yogurt

Put the banana, mango pieces and juice into a blender or smoothie maker, blend for 30 seconds.
Cooks Tip: Cooks Tip: Substitute the mango for other fruits and vary the juice to create a different flavoured smoothie every day of the week. - 2 Add the yogurt and blend a further 15 – 30 seconds until smooth.
- 3 Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
