- 500g Chicken Thighs
- 350g Onken Natural Set Yoghurt
- 100g Onken Natural Greek Style Set Yoghurt
- 1 Onion
- 2cm Piece of Ginger
- 400g Chopped Tomatoes
- Half a jar of spiced paste
- Add jar of favourite curry paste
Step-by-step
- 1 Mix the Onken Natural Set yoghurt with ½ the jar of spice paste and pour over the chicken thighs, leave to marinate for a minimum of 2 hours.
- 2 Fry diced onion in 2 tbsp of oil until soft. Add the finely chopped ginger and garlic with 1/2 a jar of spice paste and sizzle to release flavours. Cook for 2 mins, add 50ml water and cook until evaporated.
- 3 Add diced chicken and sear, then loosen with the tomatoes. Simmer uncovered for 25 mins until the chicken is cooked through. Take off the heat and stir through the Onken Natural Greek Style Set Yoghurt.
