- 60g Onken Vanilla Fat Free Yogurt
- 20g lemon curd
- 1 meringue nest
- 2 scoops of lemon sorbet
- Sprig of mint
Step-by-step
- 1 Mix the Onken Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt and lemon curd in a small bowl.
- 2 Using a tall sundae glass, spoon 1 tablespoon of the lemon curd and vanilla yogurt mixture into the bottom of the glass. Break the meringue nest in half and crush the meringue on top of the yogurt.
- 3 Next, add 1 scoop of lemon sorbet, repeat with yogurt, meringue and sorbet.
- 4 Finish with the vanilla and lemon curd yogurt mixture. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve immediately.
