- Chicken marinade
- 2 tsp garlic
- 1 tbsp apple vinegar
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp oil
- 50g Onken yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
- Tzatziki
- ½ cucumber
- 170g yogurt
- 1 small garlic clove
- handful mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp oil
- Salt & pepper
Step-by-step

Mix all the marinade in a bowl with the chicken and leave for 3 hours or overnight.

Fry the chicken for 4/5 minutes each side or until fully cooked.

For TZATZIKI - mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Warm a flatbread, add some salad, the chicken and tzatziki.
