- 2 eggs
- 4 slices seeded brown bread
- 3 tbsp Onken Natural Set Yogurt
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper
- A little fresh cress
Step-by-step
- 1 Cook the eggs in small pan of boiling water for 5 minutes, remove and run the eggs under cold water to cool. Leave in cold water for 10 minutes.
- 2 In a medium bowl, chop the egg, stir in the yogurt and seasoning.
- 3 Place the egg mixture on 2 of the bread slices, top with a little cress and place on the top slice of bread, cut in half and serve.
