- 50g pudding rice
- 300ml cream
- 300ml milk
- 100ml mango
- 100g Onken Mango & Apple Fat Free Yogurt
- To serve:
- 4 tbsp Onken Mango & Apple Fat Free Yogurt
- Sliced mango
Step-by-step
- 1 Pre heat the oven to 150°C (fan assisted).
- 2 Using a large oven proof dish combine the pudding rice, cream, milk and mango juice. Stir well and place into the pre heated oven for 1 hour 30 minutes. After 30 minutes stir well before returning to the oven for the remaining cooking time.
- 3 Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow to cool. Once cool, stir in the 100g Onken Mango & Apple Fat Free Yogurt and refrigerate.
- 4 To serve, spoon one tablespoon of Onken Mango & Apple Yogurt into each serving glass, top with the apple and mango rice pudding and garnish with sliced mango.
