  • 6 – 8 Amaretto biscuits
  • 250g mixed fruit - raspberries, strawberries and blueberries, washed and dried
  • 115g mascarpone
  • 150g Onken Natural Set Yogurt
  • 25g icing sugar

Step-by-step

  1. 1 Whisk together the mascarpone, yogurt and icing sugar.
  2. 2 Break 3 - 4 biscuits into the base of 2 glasses, top with ½ the fruit followed by a layer of the yogurt mixture, repeat.
  3. 3 Decorate with fruits, crushed biscuits or chocolate.
