Pasteurisation
The milk is heated to remove any bad bacteria.
If it’s a 0% fat yogurt, we use skimmed milk.
If it’s a full fat yogurt, we use whole milk.

Lots of live cultures are stirred in, whist the yogurt is made.
This constant stirring is what gives yogurt its smooth texture.
The fruit pieces are added as the yogurt makes its way to the filling machine.
