A bit of this, a bit of that
- 250g Onken Strawberry Wholegrain Yogurt
- 75g porridge oats
- 1 large fresh peach, skinned, stoned and pressed with a potato masher
- To serve:
- Fresh peach, sliced
- Flaked almonds or coconut
Put the porridge oats in a medium bowl, stir in the Onken Peach Wholegrain Yogurt and the mashed peach, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Cooks Tip: Why not change the flavour of this oaty fruit breakfast by using different yogurts and fruits. If you prefer a softer consistency to your oaty breakfast, add a couple of tablespoons of a berry juice to the dish and stir before serving.
- 2 Divide between 2 bowls, top with sliced peaches and sprinkle over some flaked almonds if desired.
